Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refund
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered product items that fall under these categories :
Wrong item / Missing item / Doesn’t match the listing
Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. FJJ has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
If you are qualified to return a product, you are likewise qualified for a refund too as per the following guidelines:
• Request for returns should be made to us within Fourteen (14) days or the period specified in the product returns policy from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location and/or staircase delivery fees paid when the original order was made. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
All products qualify for a return except for the following:
• Customised products
• Clearance/1 SET OFFER/AS-IS products
• Products that require on-site assembly
• Modular Wardrobes
• Bedroom sets
• Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
• Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discoloured, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
• The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by FJJ.
• The refund via a promotional code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by FJJ.
• A promotional code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by the customer or by FJJ.
